InMotion Hosting are abysmal. They consistently ignore support requests and the uptime is well under 99.9% – their guarantee states:

“If Customer’s account server has a physical downtime that is not within the 99.99% uptime Customer may receive one month of credit on Customer’s account. Uptime guarantees only apply to the listed Shared Hosting Plan accounts”

Currently, we are having <99% uptime, but they then keep crediting us with an extra month hosting at the end of our plan – which doesn't solve the issue of having a website that is regularly unavailable.

Currently waiting 10+ days for answers to a support request.
